Does Triggerbox help my startup raise money?
First a disclaimer - Triggerbox is not an agent for any venture capital fund or early stage investor.  We work for you. That said, we don’t just help you get funded, we help you get valued by investors that are the best fit for your market opportunity.  Your Triggerbox service will help you identify your ideal investors, drive your investor deck and elevator pitch, and create a market comparable context that positions you for a premium valuation. 

What investment is required to engage Triggerbox?
To initiate a customized Triggerbox intelligence service for your startup, you pay only a $2,000 startup fee, then a monthly service fee of $2,000 per month.   In certain circumstances, service fees may be reduced via up-front payment discounts and other variables.  Triggerbox "Virtual CMO" services are also available on both a fixed fee and hourly basis.

Can I pay Triggerbox with equity instead of cash?
We work with only a select number of clients, and we view them as partners in creating measurable value for their shareholders.   We use an initial engagement to evaluate the potential impact we can make, and then work with clients to replace a portion of our normal fees with equity incentives moving forward.  This allows us to participate in the value we help to create.
